What to include
If you are contacting us about an existing order, having your order number to hand will get you an answer much faster. For anything that has arrived damaged, a couple of photographs sent to support@simplywooduk.com usually means we can resolve it in a single email.
Bespoke enquiries
We build to size. If you need a planter, raised bed or bench in dimensions we do not list, send us the measurements and we will quote — including a realistic lead time — before you commit to anything.
